Nicole Deacon is a wisdom seeking, dream chasing, yoga teacher and transformational leader. As the Founder of The Foundry, she is passionate about creating spaces that support people in burning their brilliance and realizing their dreams. She loves retreats because they provide a magical place where people can have space to breathe slowly, connect deeply, and transform at a soul level. With her wisdom, passion, and play she accepts you as you are and supports you in finding that deep connection to your Self and your hearts calling.

Niki Fillmore’s passion to lead retreats comes from her own personal experience at retreats along with witnessing so many others transform and move towards living an abundant & joyful life. She attended the first-ever Foundry Yoga Retreat in Bali in 2018 where she experienced incredible (and unexpected!) healing. This healing sparked a huge shift in Niki that would lead her to becoming obsessed with mindset and the power to create and live out her wildest dreams. She has led Foundry retreats in Bali, Costa Rica, Belize, and Palm Springs.

We will begin each day with meditations to deepen awareness, set intention, and enhance physical and emotional well-being.

26&2 Yoga & Flow Yoga classes will be offered throughout the day along with workshops to help you deepen your practice.

More into fitness? We got you covered with Pilates & HIIT classes! The island also has a gym, so you can work out whenever you would like!

GROWTH SESSIONS + BREATHWORK

We may be biased, but this is one of the most special and important parts of our Foundry retreats.

Learn more about what it means to be human, to give grace, and ultimately be in better partnership with the people in your life. This can be life-changing work. Our retreat guests have had major life shifts when willing to go deep in these sessions.

A special candle-lit night-time breath work session & meditation will be offered. Breathwork can release stress hormones from your body among many other benefits.

  • Located in the center of the island, the new Island House has second floor views that no other accommodation on Ray Caye has. Smaller, more cozy rooms are featured in the Island House with both ocean and garden views available. The rooms with 2 twin beds are great for friends or family traveling together!

OCEANFRONT CABANA

• $4,000 PER PERSON

  • 1 King Bed or 2 Queen Beds

  • Oceanfront cabanas include their own deck and private entrance. Set amid exquisite tropical plants and trees and just steps from the beach, you’ll find the interior of each oceanfront cabana to be distinct, beautifully appointed and filled with the extras you require to thrive during your retreat. The rooms with two queen beds are great for friends or family traveling together (can sleep up to 4 people).

HONEYMOON SUITE

  • The ultimate in views on the island can be found in the two honeymoon suites. They offer ultimate privacy and breathtaking views from their private verandas. The spacious bathrooms offer a jacuzzi, double sinks and large rainfall shower heads, all with an ocean view. The veranda decking is crafted from local Belizean Cabbage Bark and each suite features a personal plunge pool to allow guests to cool off in the seclusion of their own private space.
