"Natural Human Traction of the Spine" what does that even mean? We do yoga to fix the spine. The spine is the telecommunication system from the brain to the rest of the body. When the spine is healthy everything improves. This workshop is to help you understand how to maximize benefit to the spine in every single posture in our series. We will build our foundation in pranayama breathing, half-moon pose, balancing stick, and see how it impacts other postures as well.
