This month our Yoga Beyond the Mat Series will be at our PV location at 8:15am- 9:15am.
In this class we will explore how we approach getting what we need from others. As default many of us fall into old habits and end up attempting to manipulate others. In this workshop we will examine our go-to methods and discover a more yogic/conscious approach to partnering and empowering the people in our lives.
In the 2nd workshop at Old Town Scottsdale from 1:30- 2:30, we are going to talk about forward compressions, "hulking it", and how to do forward compressions including the sit-up safely and effectively. Our teacher Emmy Cleaves would say, "if you do the sit-up correctly, you improve every posture in the series." Learn how to get the most from your sit ups and our other forward compressions!
