Beat The Heat Summer Challenge STARTS MONDAY, JUNE 3RD.

Challenge is to take 5 classes per week for 8 weeks.

  • Feel AMAZING all summer long!!!!

  • Make faster progress in your postures since your body is already more malleable from the warmer outdoor temperatures.

  • Our classes will also help you stay in your best shape for summer recreation! A regular practice can help you be less prone to injuries, improve your sports performance and increase your ability to handle the hotter conditions of the season in general.

  • You might even end up with a lower air conditioning bill since you won’t need frigid temps to feel comfortable!
