  3. Practice with us online: Access our on-demand library for meditation classes, with more options coming soon.

  4. Enroll in Meditation Teacher Training this summer: Join our hybrid training program to establish a regular meditation practice and gain a deeper understanding of meditation.

Can you believe it's been 17 years since Nicole first opened the doors of the Paradise Valley studio? We are beyond grateful for the love and support from our wonderful community that has allowed us to celebrate this milestone anniversary. To show our appreciation, we're kicking off a month-long anniversary sale that features discounts on classes and memberships.
