Nicole Deacon is a wisdom seeking, dream chasing, yoga teacher and transformational leader. As the Founder of The Foundry, she is passionate about creating spaces that support people in burning their brilliance and realizing their dreams. She loves retreats because they provide a magical place where people can have space to breathe slowly, connect deeply, and transform at a soul level. With her wisdom, passion, and play she accepts you as you are and supports you in finding that deep connection to your Self and your hearts calling.
Niki Fillmore’s passion to lead retreats comes from her own personal experience at retreats along with witnessing so many others transform and move towards living an abundant & joyful life. She attended the first-ever Foundry Yoga Retreat in Bali in 2018 where she experienced incredible (and unexpected!) healing. This healing sparked a huge shift in Niki that would lead her to becoming fascinated with mindset and the power to create and live out her wildest dreams. She has been teaching yoga at The Foundry since 2008 and has led Foundry Retreats in Bali, Portugal, Costa Rica, Belize and Palm Springs.

2 Chef-Prepared Meals Per Day
Enjoy a personalized dining experience with our own personal chef who prepares a daily brunch and dinner. You’ll enjoy local and international flavors and savor the culinary experience of handcrafted tropical-inspired sushi to exquisite chef-prepared fresh seafood dishes. 3-Sided Infinity Ege Pool
Top floor scenic infinity edge pool with a large baja step for in-water pool lounge chairs. A one-of-a-kind infinity edge pool that makes you feel you are soaring over the tree-lined jungle.
Hiking Trail to Beach
Private trail with wood framed steps carved into the jungle. Surrounded by Costa Rican nature, everyone will enjoy this is a 10-15 minute walk to Playa Espadilla, Manuel Antonio’s Main Beach — “Where Jungle Meets The Ocean”. On the path you can come across sloths, toucans, or monkeys.
