Job Descriptions:
Assistant Manager: The Assistant Manager supports the Studio Manager in delivering smooth daily operations, exceptional student and staff experiences, and strong community engagement. This role brings the Foundry Values, systems, and standards to life by leading day-to-day execution, supporting Sales & Service and Karma teams, and ensuring consistency across all studio touchpoints. The Assistant Manager is accountable for the operational health of the studio during assigned shifts, contributing to membership growth, high levels of student and staff satisfaction, and a clean, well-maintained facility. By fostering a supportive, family-like culture, coaching the Sales & Service and Karma teams, and executing sales and service strategies, the Assistant Manager helps create a thriving, joyful, and profitable studio community. This role serves as a key bridge between leadership and frontline staff, translating vision into execution, ensuring communication flows smoothly, goals are supported through action, and the studio experience reflects the Foundry’s commitment to Community, Alignment, Passion, Transformation, and Sturdy leadership.
Karma Team: The Karma Team helps keep our studios clean, welcoming, and uplifting. You’ll dedicate two hours per week to deep cleaning bathrooms, the front desk, lobby, and studio rooms while managing laundry. In exchange for your time, you’ll receive an unlimited membership to The Foundry. This is a trade position—a meaningful way to contribute to our community and enjoy all the benefits of our classes!
Sales & Service Team: The Sales & Service Team ensures every student has an exceptional experience at The Foundry. You’ll engage with clients, handle front desk operations, assist with sales and memberships, promote retail items, and keep the studio tidy and welcoming. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about health, wellness, and customer service, and want to make a positive impact in our community.
Yoga & Fitness Teacher: As a Yoga and or Fitness Teacher at The Foundry, you’ll inspire students to reach their fitness and wellness goals through high-energy, motivational classes aligned with Foundry values. You’ll foster a welcoming community, contribute to a clean environment, and engage with members to drive membership sales. We’re looking for teachers who are an active part of the Foundry community, practicing alongside our members and helping the studio thrive.
