We'll challenge you
In our opinion, the path of least resistance is overrated. At The Foundry you’ll be encouraged to grow, overcome and evolve. That first spark of change can take place in your very first class, where a simple movement could ignite a personal transformation that lights the path to an infinite number of possibilities.
We'll turn it UP
Heat does a body good, making it malleable so you can reform it into something stronger and more resilient. We use heat to transform the body and mind in a very specific sequence that maximizes the effects of every pose. It’s a lot like forging a sword from heated steel. You have to strike when the iron’s hot. Sound too intense? Not to worry, we turn down the thermostat for some of our classes, like our 60-Minute Basic Class.
We'll KEEP IT PURE
We’re not afraid to admit it. We’re old-school yogis. We believe in honoring principles of yoga that have existed for thousands of years. And we’re passionate about the disciplines of Bikram yoga. While we offer alternatives such as hot yoga, hot pilates, hot high intensity interval training (HIIT), and hot barre classes, know that everything we offer our students is something we passionately believe in.
