Must do all 3 things every day for 60 days:
- 45 MINUTE WORKOUT
Yoga, HIIT, Pilates, Barre - Studio, Online & Park. Or you could walk, run, hike, dance, weight train, they all count! Must be minimum of 45 minutes of movement everyday! No doubles - commit to moving your body daily for 60 days.
- 15 MINUTES SELF DEVELOPMENT
Meditate, journal, read, podcast. Minimum of 15 minutes of working on your mindset everyday!
- NEW HEALTHY HABIT
Drink a gallon of water, get 30 minutes of sunshine, no alcohol, 8 hours of sleep, etc. You choose a new habit that serves you and your goals best! Commit to doing that same habit everyday!
