We will discuss the ins and outs of the five Pilates exercises that are the pinnacle of the flexion series - Single Leg Stretch, Double Leg Stretch, Double Leg Press, Scissors, and Criss Cross. Learn how to optimize your performance to get the most out of these exercises. There will also be a Q&A session to ask that Pilates question you’ve always wanted to know. A Pilates Mat workout class will follow so that you can apply what you learned about the Fab Five!
