Side-Lying exercises build oblique strength, align hips, and improve balance.  But it’s all about how precise you practice.Learn the subtleties of proper alignment and form while performing side-lying Pilates based exercises like hydrants, clams, side planks - pretty much anything where you are lying on your side.  Take your side series from simply just “lying around” to an intense regimen that makes you stronger and longer!
