A NYE celebration where edm meets yoga in a classroom with blacklights. The first 30 minutes we will workshop chaturanga, upward facing dog, and downward facing dog to ensure everyone has proper form and understanding of modifications before engaging in 45 (20 + 25) sun salutations. We will finish our last sun salutation as it turns to midnight and then go into 25 minutes of meditation. This event really focuses on creating group energy. We will move together, breathe together, and party together as we bring in the new year.
