Jacqueline Krawczyk
FLAGSTAFF STUDIO MANAGER
HOT PILATES & HIIT TEACHER
Hi! My name is Jacqueline Stamper Krawczyk! I teach Pilates here at The Foundry and love to help others gain strength, restore their body, and build confidence. I love The Foundry because they care where have been, where you’re at now, and where you’re going—working on your strengths, recognizing and learning your body. My favorite modality to teach in Pilates is variations of plank series. All-body strength building, so many fun variations, and also it encourages so much mental strength! I also work at Northern Arizona University with students and love to encourage others in their giftings and leadership--teaching in multiple facets is my passion! You can catch me somewhere outside in the sunshine with my husband Kyle and our fur baby, Boston our dog!

I am passionate about making the world a better place through movement, mindfulness, and transformation. I love our students and teachers and I am so grateful to be a part of our Foundry Family.
I hold certifications in Bikram Yoga, Hot Pilates, Power Yoga, Anatomy, Partnership, & Transformational Leadership.

Gabrielle Arsenault
HOT FLOW YOGA & PILATES TEACHER
Gabrielle started practicing Bikram yoga at the age of 13. Over the years, yoga has helped Gabrielle learn the importance of prioritizing self care, finding balance in all areas of life, and quieting the chatter in the brain to make space for the deeper self to express what the mind, body, and soul need. When Gabrielle found The Foundry Flagstaff and started practicing and working the front desk there, the real power and impact of a consistent yoga practice became very clear to her. Gabrielle found herself surrounded by strong and compassionate individuals who have also been called to a profession that helps people unlock their full potential, and she knew this was the space she wanted to create and hold for others as well.
Gabrielle has two Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Parks and Recreation Management, with a minor in Health and Wellness Coaching. This is a combination with which she hopes to shine a light on the connection between mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, and spending time in nature. Through deepening her own yoga practice, Gabrielle has learned that one way she can help people get in touch with their true nature is by venturing inwards. In the summer of 2022, Gabrielle completed her 200 RYT certification. Gabrielle plans to continue learning tools, techniques, and modalities for healing to help humanity as a collective start living their lives from a place of love. Gabrielle firmly believes when we heal ourselves we heal the world around us too, and she hopes that everyone can find a practice which fills them with a love that inspires them to take care of people, animals, and the earth that provides for us. Gabrielle’s favorite yoga poses are standing bow pulling pose (dandayamana dhanurasana), wild thing (camatkarasana), and flying lizard (utthan pristhasana).
When Gabrielle is not practicing yoga, she can usually be found hiking and spending time outdoors, or cuddled up with her cat working on one of many art endeavors.

Mallory Gabriel
26&2 HOT YOGA TEACHER
Teaching the 26&2 here at The Foundry is truly a dream come true for Mallory. She moved to Flagstaff in 2005. A short time later around 2007 one of her friends invited her to a hot yoga class in Flagstaff. After taking that first 26+2 class Mallory knew that she always wanted this practice to be a big part of her life. Everything feels better, tastes better, looks better after a 26+2 class! The 26+2 has been deeply healing in every way for Mallory and has helped her to uncover and connect to herself. Yoga has been an invaluable tool to navigate motherhood, marriage, and life in general. In 2019 Mallory completed a 200HR yoga teacher training with The Yoga Experience. In 2022 Mallory completed her 300HR Teacher Training in the 26+2 modality with The Foundry. Mallory loves to be able to share this healing practice, she especially loves to teach the most challenging postures; standing head to knee, standing bow pulling pose, and locust. Showing others how strong they are is one of Mallory’s favorite parts of teaching. Standing bow pulling pose is her favorite to practice, although she finds it hard to choose just one. When she is not practicing yoga Mallory may be found working outside at her mini farm where she cares for goats, chickens, ducks, and her seven dogs.

Stephanie Welch
26&2 HOT YOGA TEACHER
Hi! I’m a 500-hour certified yoga teacher (200 hours Kundalini Yoga, 300 hours 26&2) who has been practicing various styles of yoga for 11 years. When I found 26&2 yoga, I knew I’d found a profoundly healing practice that complemented Kundalini Yoga in a beautiful way and provided me rapid healing.
Yoga has been a fundamental part of my own healing journey by giving me a safe space to clear my mind and fully be in my body so I can listen and feel for what my body is trying to tell me. I’m grateful to have the opportunity to lead others in their practices to achieve their intentions on the mat!
In 2022, I left my government job and started my own business facilitating healing arts on the mat and off with a variety of modalities including sound healing, embodiment practices, ceremonies, and Lucia Light therapy technology. Everything I offer are practices that helped me find myself again. Healing, like yoga, is a practice. I believe that my rollercoaster experience of falling in love with myself through my journey helps me to hold a rigorous yet compassionate space to encourage you to keep going while giving yourself grace.
I love to teach yoga because I know how profoundly effective it is for helping bring me fully into my body and the present moment. Yoga is a journey within a journey! One of the many asana of my yoga practice I’m working on is Tuladandasana (Balancing Stick).

Hanna Anderson
HOT FLOW YOGA & PILATES TEACHER
Hello! My name is Hanna Anderson and I’m from northern Minnesota. I got my 200-hour RYT through the foundry in the summer of 2022 as a flow teacher but hoping to pursue other modalities as well. Yoga has been a part of my life since I was 20 years old, I absolutely love how each pose has its own way of benefiting your body. I also love the fact that yoga compliments almost every sport/hobby that you do in one way or another. When I’m not on my mat I’m usually either climbing, running, snowboarding, or doing something that involves the outdoors. However, out of all my hobbies, I know yoga will be with me forever. I love teaching poses that benefit your spine, I’m a firm believer that the spine is the most important part of your body. I would love to master handstands and the splits one day!

Sami Hegna
HOT BARRE & FLOW YOGA TEACHER
Hi, I'm Sami! I grew up dancing competitively, so naturally, I fell in love with Barre. I became certified in late 2021. I love the challenge and burn I get from Barre, along with the nostalgia I feel from choreographing my classes to upbeat music. I love teaching fitness because I get to share my passion with all of you. Besides Barre, I am currently in yoga teacher training and am excited to expand my knowledge and dive into another modality of fitness to help individuals reach their goals. Aside from fitness, I'm studying Finance and Psychology at Northern Arizona University and I'm excited to graduate in 2024. I love teaching at The Foundry because of the community and the heat!

Logan Bryan
PILATES TEACHER
I was born and raised here in Flagstaff! My hobbies are Pilates, paddleboarding, camping, traveling, hanging out with friends and family, and going on hikes with my labrador retriever! I am an Aesthetician and Laser Tech in my outside career from The Foundry. Wellness is a huge part of my life!
I was trained for 120 hour Pilates Teacher Training through the one and only, The Foundry.
The hot studio has been a part of my life since 2018, and I have been addicted ever since, I love all the classes, most importantly, Pilates, it has changed my life and my body, which is why I wanted to teach it and change other peoples lives with the practice.
I love the Pilates practice for so many reasons, not only does it strengthen your whole body, but also your mind. I love teaching others to love the practice as much as I do, and to receive all the physical and mental benefits that come with it. Pilates is a holistic exercise system that involves precise movements to improve balance, flexibility, strength and posture.
My classes will be all about spinal articulation, core and whole body strengthening, and utilizing equipment to get stronger in each exercise. The experience you'll have in my classes will always be: a vibey playlist, positive energy, clear instructions, seeing and feeling improvement in your whole body, and no doubt will get a good sweat and workout in :)
See you on the mat! Excited to meet you all.
