HOW MUCH IS THE AZ MEMBERSHIP?
$135 per month with a $135 set-up fee to guarantee your rate for 12 months.
IS THE $135 INITIATION FEE TO COVER MY FIRST MONTH OF CLASSES?
No. The $135 set-up fee is to secure your low rate for the next 12 months.
HOW LONG DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO THE AZ MEMBERSHIP?
12 months at a time.
WHAT IF I KNOW I WON’T BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO 12 MONTHS?
We recommend one of our other memberships! All of our other memberships are month-to-month with no contract.
WHAT’S THE CANCELATION FEE IF I CAN’T STICK IT OUT THE FULL 12 MONTHS?
There is a $300 early cancelation fee. There are no exceptions. (Read that again)
HOW DOES THE AZ MEMBERSHIP WORK?
On the date you enroll in your AZ MEMBERSHIP, you will be charged a $135 set-up fee plus your first month membership fee of $135, making the first payment $270. By becoming an official AZ MEMBER you are committed to 12 months of auto-debits.
HOW DO I PAY EVERY MONTH?
You will be auto-drafted by credit or debit card every month, please be sure to use a card that you intend to have on file with your Foundry home studio for 12 consecutive months to cover your membership fees. The credit or debit card you use to make your initial enrollment purchase will remain on file and will be used when drafting the account each month. You may also set up ACH on your Momence account to avoid the credit card processing fees.
Here are the steps set up ACH:
Login to Momence.com on a browser (laptop or desktop only; no cell phones or tablets)
Login with email and password used in Foundry App
Click your name in the top right corner
Scroll down to “My Account”
Go to “Save ACH Direct Debit” and make sure “The Foundry Hot Yoga & Fitness Studios” is highlighted
Click “Update”
Change the information to your personal banking info
WHAT’S THE FINE PRINT?
There are no pauses/freezes. There are no transfers. Canceling prior to the end of your 12 month commitment results in a $300 early cancelation fee, this is true for even the most extenuating circumstances. There are no refunds. There are no exceptions.
WHAT IF I BECOME PREGNANT OR MOVE OR GO ON A TRIP OR AM SICK OR INJURED OR HAVE ANY OTHER UNEXPECTED LIFE EVENT?
When you sign up for the AZ MEMBERSHIP you are making a 12 month commitment. In order for us to offer this incredible rate, we must charge an early cancelation fee regardless of the life-changes that may occur during any individual contract. You should give careful consideration as to whether the AZ MEMBERSHIP is right for you.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL THE AZ MEMBERSHIP?
You will not incur a cancelation fee if you cancel after your 12th month is billed. If you choose to cancel your AZ MEMBERSHIP prior to your 12th billing cycle or after your membership has been auto-renewed, a $300 early cancelation fee will apply.
CAN I PAUSE MY AZ MEMBERSHIP?
No. You cannot pause your AZ MEMBERSHIP Membership. In order for us to deliver you this deeply discounted rate, we cannot allow pauses to your membership.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
The initiation fee and your AZ MEMBERSHIP monthly membership fees are non-refundable.
WHAT IF I’M ALREADY A MEMBER, CAN I BUY THE AZ MEMBERSHIP?
YES! If you are currently a monthly member you may purchase AZ MEMBERSHIP status by paying the $135 initiation fee. By signing up, you will enter into a new 12 month agreement.
Example of a membership transfer:
If you are currently in a 5-class monthly membership that drafts on the 22nd of every month, you can lock in your AZ MEMBERSHIP rate by purchasing the $135 set-up fee. This fee will convert your 5-class monthly auto-debit into a 12 month AZ MEMBERSHIP $135 auto-debit. Your next scheduled auto-pay will occur for $135 and will draft on the 22nd of the month for 12 consecutive months and will auto-renew unless you cancel. Please note: by becoming an AZ MEMBER, you are entering into a NEW 12 month contract.
WHAT IF I HAVE A CLASS PACK BUT WANT TO BUY THE AZ MEMBERSHIP?
If you currently have a class pack you may purchase AZ MEMBERSHIP status by paying the $135 initiation fee. Your account will be drafted $135 as soon as you make the purchase. In exchange for this fee, you are securing your $135 AZ MEMBERSHIP rate which will begin after you use the remaining classes in your class pack.
Example:
If you currently have a 30 class pack with 24 classes remaining and you purchase your $135 AZ MEMBERSHIP initiation fee. You will be drafted for your first month AZ MEMBERSHIP the day after you use your last of your remaining 24 classes. In other words, if you take your 24th class on the 23rd of the month, your new AZ MEMBERSHIP will draft on the 24th of the month for 12 consecutive months.
HOW OFTEN CAN I COME TO CLASS WITH THE AZ MEMBERSHIP?
All day, every day, at all 5 AZ studios. Just be sure to early cancel if your schedule changes, we still have a 6-hour cancellation policy. A late cancel or no show will result in a $15 late cancel fee.
