Cintra Brown will be in town to develop the OHM School students' teaching and yoga skills for a one-week immersion.  She will also be leading workshops and classes.  

Cintra is a dedicated and knowledgeable yoga teacher with spiritual messages. A pioneer of Bikram Yoga. Cintra has been teaching Bikram Yoga since 1989. Cintra was the founder of first Bikram school in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is also an International Judge.

Come to experience Cintra's class, where you will learn, laugh and come away with her Cintraism's which are part of her teachings that help take yoga off the mat and into your
everyday life. 

Who should attend: All OHM School students. All Foundry Students are welcome to the classes that Cintra will be teaching.
