This course is for all levels, everyone from currently certified instructors, to those just starting their fitness teaching career, and even for students wanting to dive deeper into their barre practice. In our Comprehensive 30-Hour Online Teacher Trainings, we review the basic barre movements with variations, modifications and specific cueing. You’ll also be introduced to The Foundry brand and other important elements of teaching such as alignment and musicality and more!
