Our Hot Pilates class:

Our Hot HIIT class:

  • high impact workout

  • big dynamic movements

  • strengthen the power muscles

  • other studios call it: Sculpt, Inferno Hot Pilates, Bootcamp - it’s a workout!

  • props are often used: light-heavy weights + resistance bands
